The vehicle is insured. The renter must comply with all insurance terms.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) includes an excess of €500–€1000.
If additional insurance is selected, the renter's liability is reduced according to its terms.
In case of accident or incident, notify Our Company and the relevant authorities immediately and provide all required documentation within 24 hours.
The driver and passengers are not covered by personal insurance unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
Non-deductible amounts of insurance coverage are payable by the renter regardless of fault. If the company is compensated for the damage, the corresponding amount will be refunded.
Vehicle downtime (repair days) due to damage is fully charged to the renter.

The vehicle is rented in excellent mechanical condition and must be returned with all tools, accessories, and equipment at the agreed place and time.
Minimum age 23 with a valid driving licence. False declaration of age (under 23) results in full liability and possible legal consequences.
Only declared drivers may operate the vehicle; all drivers and the renter are jointly and severally liable.
During the rental, safeguard the vehicle and check oil, water, tires, and general safety.
Unauthorized drivers and driving in violation of traffic laws are strictly prohibited.
The vehicle may not leave Greece without written permission from Our Company.
Prohibited use includes: transporting heavy goods, flammable or illegal substances, or hazardous materials; carrying more passengers than permitted; use by undeclared persons; illegal parking (renter pays fines); unauthorized repairs; odometer tampering; or any illegal activity.
The renter is responsible for mechanical damage or tire replacement caused during the rental period.
Payment must be completed upon vehicle return unless otherwise agreed. Late return requires compensation to the rental company.

Modification within 48 hours: one-day charge applies.
Cancellation within 48 hours or no-show: 50% of total rental charge.
Cancellation 7 days prior: 25% charge.
Cancellation 20 days prior: no charge.
Cancellation more than 20 days prior: 50% charge.
To extend the rental, notify the company at least 48 hours in advance and pay for the additional days.
